The packages in Holland will be sended by PostNL. The rest of Europe will be send by DPD International and DHL International. For all shipping prices, check our country list when purchasing products. We are trying to keep the shipping rate as low as possible for our customers.
According to the Dutch law you have 14 days to overthink your order. If you don’t like what you’ve bought, you can send the items back within 14 days of when you received the order.
We only take items back that are in perfect condition as received. Else when will charge the customer for the damage caused to the product.
- To return the items, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and please ensure that the items are securely packaged. Complete and place a return address label on the parcel.
- We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or similar method of shipping which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched.
- Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.
- Please state that the parcel is a ‘Returned Items’
- Only products that are in their original condition will be accepted.
If you’ve ordered something and you don’t like it or have an other reason for a refund, you can send the items back at your own cost. We’ll send you a refund when we receive the items. We can also send something else in return, were the difference in money needs to be payed by the customer.
Faulty items and Received incorrect items
It could happen that you’ve received the wrong item or you received a faulty item. That’s our fault and you can send back the item’s at our cost. When we receive the products we will refund the shipping costs to the payment method used in the order.
